Director from Oslo who specializes in quirky humor with a Hollywood flair. The humor often comes from the contrast between big incredible events mixed in with very everyday challenges, or vice versa. Loves snappy humorous dialogue (in English called "banter") and high editing rhythm. Very unorthodox in other words. Usually writes my own scripts, be it short films, sketches, commercials, series or movies. As I said, I love working with funny dialog, but I love even more more to get actors to improvise, I do this on all productions as you always get much more unexpected much more unexpected situations and humor, as well as a more natural tone in the dialogue. I have a love for genre films (action, scifi, horror etc) but always with a humorous undertone.
