Can you tell the difference between fresh and expired milk? We have tested 107 people!
In Norway, we throw away 100 million liters of milk every year. Q wanted to find out what was causing this huge problem. We conducted a large taste test on 107 Norwegians, and found that there were no differences between fresh and 5-day expired milk. So the prejudices are in people's heads!
Q-Meieriene wants to contribute to the fight against #foodwaste by shattering myths about expired milk and encouraging Norwegians to use their senses to evaluate milk. Remember that milk is "BEST BEFORE, BUT NOT BAD AFTER!"
