Adelina Ibishi

Adelina is primarily known for her work in radio, but has also appeared on television throughout her career. She has a background in journalism and was one of the two presenters of the NRK P3 radio show Norske Tilstander. Since then, she has hosted P3aksjonen for several years and was one of the regular voices on P3morgen, alongside Tete Lidbom and Karsten Blomvik. In addition to her early-morning role on P3morgen, she hosted TV-aksjonen on NRK in 2023. She can now be heard on the NRK podcasts Træsh and På audition.

Adelina comes across as an open, engaged, sharp, and curious communicator, radiating infectious positive energy and warmth. She is professional and knowledgeable, skillfully combining humor with the ability to challenge and provoke reflection.
